I have been searching for this recipe forever. I love anything with coconut. There is a quaint little bakery near our home and I always bought a coconut tart from them. I’ve had a rather stressful few days and I am so glad that I cook. I know when we say Chilli Bites to a foreigner I don’t think they quite understand what we are referring to. Here in South Africa our chilli bites are similar to Pakoras. It’s a delicious spicy Indian snack. South African Spicy Chilli Bites is made with chickpea flour or gram flour and spices, it’s crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.
