Braai Lamb Chops
The lamb chops are cooked to perfection and smothered in a finger-licking butter sauce.
I don’t eat lamb but I was salivating making these chops, they looked and smelled so good.
📝 What do we need to make this dish
Lamb Chops, either lamb cutlets also known as rib chops or loin chops
Herbs and Spices, I wanted to use fresh thyme as I love the fragrance of thyme and of course I wanted a little bit of heat
Honey, the sweetness of the honey pairs so well with the spiciness and it gives the lamb chops a lovely almost caramelised texture
Butter Sauce, made with butter, chilli and garlic
