Zucchini Balls with Feta
Delicious Zucchini Balls made with Feta

- 350 gram/9 small zucchini grated
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1&1/2 tspn Ina Parmaan Garlic and Herb seasoning
- 1 tspn red chilli flakes
- 1/2 tspn minced garlic (optional)
- juice of half lemon (only if required)
- Pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Grate the Zucchini and set aside for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes squeeze out the excess water
Mix in all the other ingredients except the salt and lemon juice. Add the lemon juice only if you want it a little tangy
Add salt if required
Heat oil and shallow fry until golden and crisp on the outside
