  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt I used greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup coriander
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 small green chilli or you can use a little piece
  • 1/4 tspn salt adjust according to your taste
  • 1/2 tspn sugar
  • juice of half lemon


  • Combine all of the ingredients and use a hand blender and blend until it's creamy and smooth. Serve cold as a dip with Indian snacks
