No Churn Mango Turmeric Ice Cream

  • 500 ml fresh cream
  • 1 x 385 gram condensed milk
  • 2 large mangoes
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric


  • Peel the mangoes and cut them into chunks. Place in a blender and blend until smooth
  • Place the fresh cream in a cold bowl and whip until stiff peaks form, using an electric mixer
  • Mix the condensed milk and mango together with the turmeric. Add this mixture to the fresh cream and mix until just combined. Do not overmix
  • Line a loaf pan or a freezer safe container with some parchment paper or cling wrap and pour the ice-cream in. Cover with cling wrap ensuring it touches the ice-cream and freeze overnight
