Black Cardamom is part of the ginger family. It has a smoky flavour as it is dried over an open fire. Black Cardamom can be used in Biryanis, Pilafs and meat dishes. Some of my recipes with Black Cardamom Lamb Pilaf and Spicy Chicken Curry
