House moving all done, still a bit of teething issues but we are getting there. Who would have thought house-moving can be this stressful. I have learnt loads of patience during our move and I’ve also learnt yet again that things never go as planned no matter how organized you are.  But I am a mum so I should have mastered the art of coping with stress. I absolutely love this Sweet Rice/Kheer with condensed milk, made the South African way. Well give me any rice pudding and I am happy.  If you eat this kheer you will know exactly what I mean. This is a rice pudding but here in South Africa it is also known as Sweet Rice. That’s how I knew it growing up. Sweet Rice brings back fond memories of family gatherings.
