I have fond memories of this dish growing up, Yellow Potato Curry with Cumin. You must wonder why the name Yellow Potato, well that name comes from the addition of turmeric that turns the potato into a beautiful hue of yellow.   Happy New Year Everyone! I’ve had a bit of a slow start to the New Year but I’m all rearing to go again. Holidays are not good for me, it really slows me down and takes me a while to get back into the flow of things.
