Veggies and more veggies, did I say veggies. I am having the time of my life trying to feed my 10 year old all these veggies and it’s only been a few days being meat-free. Not to forget we have almost another month to go soon. He can’t have mac and cheese everyday now, can he. I already feel guilty about not being the perfect mom somedays. I hope you all had an amazing weekend. I certainly did, we had a late Raksha Bandhan celebration. Every year my sister-in-law comes over to tie a Rakhi (a sacred thread which signifies a sister’s wish for her brother’s happiness and prosperity) on my husband’s wrist. It’s that time of year again, it’s going to be a month of meat-free dishes. My 10 year old is definitely going to be a problem, that much I do know.
