Ever since I was a young lady I have loved these Greek Almond Cookies. Or Kourabiedes as they are known. You would swear I was Greek in my past life, I simply love Greek food and all their sweet treats. I have tried a few recipes for these cookies but I have never been totally satisfied with the results. I have been baking cakes for years.. Somedays they turn out wonderful and other days a complete flop. A friend, who is a baker and bakes the most amazing novelty cakes, shared some of her tips with me. I wanted a soft, light and moist cake. This time of year I love giving my loyal friends/clients little gifts to say thank you. I thought these Almond and Chocolate Biscotti made perfect little gifts.
