I had to make some platters for my friend the past week so I made some mini Spicy Indian Lamb Kebabs for her. My kids thought they were delicious as I gave them a little taste of the extras I had. Happy New Year Everyone! I wish you all lots of love, light and happiness for 2020. I am certainly looking forward to a year filled with everything that makes me happy. I have realised that some things are beyond my control and therefore I have to let it be. Life is far too short to stress over things we have absolutely no control over. Both my boys are now home for the holidays, that means loads of cooking and eating. My middle son already messaged to ask what I was cooking before I had breakfast.
