I shared a recipe a while back for Zucchini Balls. However, when I changed my blog name it seems to have disappeared or I may have deleted it in error. Not that I mind, I prefer these Zucchini Balls with Feta. The previous recipe used Ricotta and I found that it wasn’t as flavourful as these. My hubby and I absolutely love Greek food and we frequently visit Greek restaurants in our area. We often order the dips and pita bread, it’s usually the highlight of our restaurant visits. I know when we say Chilli Bites to a foreigner I don’t think they quite understand what we are referring to. Here in South Africa our chilli bites are similar to Pakoras. It’s a delicious spicy Indian snack. South African Spicy Chilli Bites is made with chickpea flour or gram flour and spices, it’s crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.
