My 10 year old has been literally driving me crazy about tacos. Seeing we are going away soon I thought I should make it so I can free myself from guilt. I know, you must think I’m crazy, making lamb stew in summer. My 10-year-old has been nagging me to make him Lamb Stew for a few weeks now. I’ve brushed off his request but today the weather was slightly cooler, a little overcast and looked as if it was going to rain.
